Millennium Al Barsha celebrates the holy month with a special Iftar in the Ramadan atmosphere .

Dubai – 6th of April 2022, Millennium Al Barsha Celebrated the holy month with an exceptional Iftar buffet that combined all the elements to have an astonishing Iftar experience to its guest in the House of Colors restaurant. The Iftar buffet had an assortment of special Millennium dishes along with other Arabic traditional food that most of Millennium Al Barsha customers seek to have it year over year.
Start with one of the traditional soups such as Chicken Freekeh, a Jordanian green wheat soup with chicken, or Hot Mezze including Fried Kebbeh.A wide range of Cold Mezze includes Hommous, Moutabel, Modardara, Basterma, Shanklesh and Tabouleh, with a choice of Manakesh and Fresh Arabic Bread.
Lamb Ouzi, the traditional Iftar offering of Whole Baby Lamb with Oriental Rice will also be served, as will a Mixed Grill featuring Shish Tawok, Shish Kebab and Lamb Kofta in the terrace area. In addition to a big space for our kids to enjoy playing in the outdoor playground.
The Dessert station features Soft Kunafa, a Levantine cheese pastry soaked in sweet sugar-based syrup, Halawat Al Jibn, a Lebanese dessert meaning “the sweetness of cheese”,along with traditional Baklawa, Fresh Fruits and for the children amongst us, a Chocolate Fountain.

Our Iftar buffet meets all tastes from all around the world with a reasonable price, we are also located on different promotional channel including our social media channel and others such as Zomato, The Entertainer and Cobone. On the top of this, Ziad added that “During the Expo time, our brand has provided us the tools to work hard and differently with the flexibility to target different segments and leverage on our Average room rate and occupancy with a tremendous market strategy to remain on the top of the list of our sister hotels and our rivals in the market”.
It worth to say that, the management of the hotel along with its staff provided a “well done” service, staying on their toes and being attentive to small details to remain on the top of the competition at all times. “It’s with no doubt that the staff works hard and having a fair competition amongst themselves to achieve high score on some Online Travel agencies such as Booking.com and Tripadvisor, as it’s a motivation for them to have their names listened during the management morning meetings with a recognition to their achievements.” Ziad added.
